Most newly established web directory are much reliable than older one coz they manually (human edited) approve websites whether if its a useless site or important one. Another web directory is Max directory which I think online for a year or so. BTW, if you own a site you submit it to them and wait for their response through email whether if it got listed or not. Don’t worry if your site did’nt make it to the list coz web directories like Jasmine and Max directory need to follow certain condition to make their directory the best. You can alway re-submit your site to them until it reach it certain requirements.
