Give them what they Deserve

If your kids has done something that makes you happy its better that you reward there good effort, kids love appreciation and something in return. If they do something you didn’t expect them to do that makes you happy then ask then what they want (more likely they would request for toys) and don’t make it very obvious that you’re giving them as a return for there hard work coz the next time they do it they will expect something in return and if you fail to give what they want they will get discourage and wont do the things you like them to do.
