December 2007, I signed up for a Paypal account in order to make transactions with my client. However, my account wasn’t verified yet. The problem with unverified Paypal account is, you can’t make any transaction even if you have balance in your account you can receive money but you won’t able to use them. If you made a transaction with a unverified Paypal account, Paypal will notify you that your account was accessed by a third party. Take me for an example, I bought a domain in a web hosting company using a unverified Paypal account then my transaction was decline by the webhost company and the next thing happen is I got a notification email from Paypal that my account was accessed by a third party in-short my account was accessed by someone else which is not. now the worst thing happen I can’t send or even receive incoming money.

week ago I applied for a EON cyber account tru online application, the processing time is 5 days. Don’t forget to bring atleast 2 valid ID’s if your going to claim it and BTW, you need your SSS and TIN number for verification and prepare php350 for the releasing. I will use this card hopefully to verify my Paypal account. I’ll update you tomorrow coz the teller told me that I need to wait 24 hours for the card to be activated.
