Bill“ionnaire” Gates (Founder of Microsoft) has donated $168.7 million in research to develop a vaccine for malaria a common killer disease in Africa. The former CEO of Microsoft who resigned in June said that he’s hoping for the current malaria vaccine which is in advance testing will be proven an effective solution to fight mosquito-borne disease. This was not his 1st ever donation in research for vaccine against the fast spreading disease in Africa. It has been reported in 2000 that Bill Gates donated a whopping $40million for malaria vaccine research and another $258m in 2005 (let me know if I miss a year) and the reccent donation shows that Bill Gates is serious about putting an end on this killer disease. Bill Gates resignation in Microsoft has brought him closer to his humanitarian campaign and help those unpriviledge people to give hope.
