Before I start my day on work (at home) I tune in my MP3 player and start listening to a cool nice music to start my day. Actually, listening to music has a good benefit to our physical and psychological. Studies show that listening to soothing music can reduce chronic pain and depression. Base on my experience, whenever I feel depressed and pressured in my work I open my media player and select good songs and thats were the therapy starts. Even I go out I always bring my MP3 player with me because I easily get bored while traveling. I went to a store to check the latest MP3 player because mine is kinda old and has a small storage capacity. I found many nice MP3 players and hoping by the next pay day I can get one.
Recent computer games today are required to have high performance PC and when I say high performance I mean top of the end processor(CPU) 2.8GHZ , video card (256MB) and computer memory at least 1gig of RAM and to make it feel realistic and alive use a 19″ widescreen LCD monitor and a speaker with woofer for that extra hearth pounding sound effect. But don’t stay to long in front of your computer because their could be a side effect that may harm you healthy body.
Aging is unstoppable and it’s very impossible to prevent it in happening however, prolonging your existence is possible. Expert have studied that by eating less meal can actually prolong our life. Aging process will become slower because of slower cell reproduction inside our body. Expert also concluded that by eating any food that are made of artificial ingredients can be harmful to our health making us prone to different diseases. However, by showing off your luxurious things also create an atmosphere of “respect” from other people letting them know that your a very important person or a very influential person (VIP). I personally adore those people who have nice indoor lighting specially if their the one who design it. Indoor lighting can be a little bit tricky if you want a dramatic result. If your kids has done something that makes you happy its better that you reward there good effort, kids love appreciation and something in return. If they do something you didn’t expect them to do that makes you happy then ask then what they want (more likely they would request for toys) and don’t make it very obvious that you’re giving them as a return for there hard work coz the next time they do it they will expect something in return and if you fail to give what they want they will get discourage and wont do the things you like them to do.

I’ll ask you this question, everytime you see a luxurious car whats the first thing you will likely notice?
