Before I start my day on work (at home) I tune in my MP3 player and start listening to a cool nice music to start my day. Actually, listening to music has a good benefit to our physical and psychological. Studies show that listening to soothing music can reduce chronic pain and depression. Base on my experience, whenever I feel depressed and pressured in my work I open my media player and select good songs and thats were the therapy starts. Even I go out I always bring my MP3 player with me because I easily get bored while traveling. I went to a store to check the latest MP3 player because mine is kinda old and has a small storage capacity. I found many nice MP3 players and hoping by the next pay day I can get one.
